Nissley Seeks New Trial
Five months after he was convicted on child sex charges and now facing at least 10 years in prison, Rodney Nissley says he wants a new trial.
In a July filing with the Dauphin County court, Nissley’s attorney, Kristen Weisenberger, said she has new evidence to support the defense theory that the victim made up the allegations against Nissley. Full Story
