Hershey’s swim teams swept a pair of Mid-Penn Conference meets last week; taking care of Carlisle on Tuesday, Jan. 26, and Palmyra on Thursday, Jan. 28.
The Trojans’ girls defeated the Thundering Herd, 109-61, and the Cougars, 147-36, while the boys won by respective scores of 121- 46 and 142-38. Full Story

Catherine M. Plut Bratina Gish, 93, of Sunrise at LaCosta Assisted Living, Carlsbad, Calif., and formerly of Hummelstown, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2010 in Sunrise at LaCosta.
She was a former employee of Olmsted Air Force Base, Middletown and a retired employee of the New Cumberland Army Depot. She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church. Full Story
