The Sea Lions Swim Team bettered its record this past snowy Saturday, Jan. 21, to 2-1, beating the Palmyra Aquatic Club 581-472. Despite some tough competition and several close and exciting races, the Sea Lions secured 44 first-place finishes, six team records and one pool record. Full Story
Naccarato at USA Weightlifting
Lower Dauphin graduate Aaron Naccarato placed 10th and equaled his personal best at the USA Weightlifting Junior National Championships, Sunday, Jan. 29.
Naccarato lifted 231.5 lbs. on his third attempt in the snatch and tied his personal best.
In the clean and jerk, Naccarato attempted to better his personal best with a 288.8 lbs. lift, but was unable to complete it. Full Story

Palmyra and Lower Dauphin ventured out of the Mid-Penn Keystone Division on Jan. 28 to test what promises to be the choppy waters of post-season play in the District 3 playoffs.
Coach Ron Berman’s Cougars, ranked No. 2 in District 3 Class AAA behind Trinity, traveled to District 11 power Blue Mountain and came home with a 38-33 win for their 15th win of the year. Full Story
