NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that at a regularly scheduled public meeting held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time, the Board of Supervisors of the Township of West Hanover, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania (the “Township”), enacted an Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) authorizing the Township to incur nonelectoral debt to provide funds for the Project, as defined in the Ordinance, by the issuance of the Township’s General Obligation Bonds, Series of 2022, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $7,500,000 (the “Bonds”). The following amendments were made during final enactment of the Ordinance: (i) the Township approved and accepted the Bond Purchase Proposal with Piper Sandler &Co., which will be supplemented by an addendum thereto, setting forth the final terms of the Bonds, not inconsistent with the Ordinance; (ii) the Township appointed Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company as paying agent and registrar for the Bonds and Sinking Fund Depository; and (iii) certain clarifications and grammatical changes were made to the text of the Ordinance. The aggregate purchase price for the Bonds, including the underwriter’s discount, was fixed at not less than 95% nor more than 120% of the total of the aggregate principal amount thereof, including total net original discount or premium, if any. The maximum interest rate approved for the Bonds is 6.00%. The full text of the Ordinance as finally enacted is available for public inspection in the office of the Township Secretary, located at 7171 Allentown Boulevard, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on any open business day between 7:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
