Nevin Lee Greiner, 82, of Hummelstown, passed away peacefully in his home on February 4, 2023.
He was born April 6, 1940 in Deodate, son of the late Leroy and Myra (Lehman) Greiner.
Nevin was a Hershey High School graduate and served his country in the National Guard for six years. Nevin retired from Gannett and Fleming as a draftsman for over 40 years.
He enjoyed all wildlife and spending time outdoors. He had fond memories of hunting, fishing and spending time at their cabin on Elk Creek in Sullivan County.
Nevin is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Joyce (Custer) Greiner; daughter, Nina (Shiloh) Meanor; daughter, Natalie (John) Sklaney. Nevin’s true pride and joy were his grandsons, Koen and Reece Meanor and Joey and Jared Sklaney.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Greiner.
It is at Nevin’s request that there is no service. The family will have a private celebration of his life at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Penn State Heart and Vascular Center.
