State Representative Tom Mehaffie presented Eagle Scout Jeffrey LaRuffa of Hershey with a House of Representatives citation. The award took place at Troop 65’s Court of Honor, located at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Hershey on Monday, Dec. 12.
