Boy Scout Jeffrey LaRuffa, a junior at Lower Dauphin, has earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He is a member of Troop 65 in Hershey. LaRuffa’s Eagle Project was done at the American Legion in Hershey, where he built a 25-foot concrete block retaining wall to support the Legion’s custom built barbecue smoker. Flowers for Campbelltown

On Saturday, May 21st, the Campbelltown Community Alliance, with the help of Girl Scout Troops 70549 and 70781, planted 14 large flower pots containing ornamental grasses, petunias, geraniums and sweet potato vines.
