EPA Orders Storm Sewer Improvements



On April 23, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced it sent orders to 79 municipalities in south central Pennsylvania requiring improvements to their Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s).
